Sims cannot recharge energy from Bathtub

Can we get this fixed before the treasure hunt ends? Even after buying the last minute extras I’m in jeopardy of not being able to get the grand prizes. It’s been this way for a whole week, it’s crazy because we actually spend money and time on this game you would think EA would do a better job than a new bugs or problems contantly bring an issue.
