I am trying to figure out a major issue regarding the game Sims Mobile,  I’ve been consistently out of the game for over a mounth. I know it has nothing to do with deleting and reinstalling the game since I’ve attempted that many times. I cleared my safari cache momory and I have a lot of available storage space on device. If you see the attachment the figures become generics (black floating object or short blue haired) unmoved before it crashes, and the interest thing is when I reinstall the game, before I can select my original account from the cloud, I go though a tutorial (as a new player), which by the way, it never crashes at that point. But when I exit the tutorial and select my original account, it took 5 minutes before the crashing issues repeats itself. This has happened with my three iOS devices including, iPad 9th generation, iPad pro, and iPad Air 2. I don’t have an android device to test the issue.I researched, it could be a a UI scaling issue or compatibility issue but I want EA game to really look into this.
