@PaQuilter1: Thank you! I thought I was the only one thinking that. I mentioned a few critiques on Reddit and another website and the stock answer is that the game is brand new and that you have to wait for content, a la the Sims Freeplay.
@Simfanatic08: OMG! I forgot about that! Yes, so much yes! The furniture is way too expensive to fix. I bought a newer television and it costs anywhere between $300 to $500. I am even having items that I have never used breaking down. Get rid of this feature all together, or give the Sim the opportunity to fix it and use the items for SimsCash. I think I have spent close to $50 on this game, one for SimsCash and one for a package that had a lot of cupcakes in it. I will NOT be spending money on this game again, not now or in the future. If I am going to be spending that amount of money, I might as well just switch over to the Sims 4. I am actually going to get Sims 4 and a few packs with Origin's sell, at least I'll get better game play and content with that (IMO).
