Sims Mobile black screen on ChromeOS.

So I just installed The Sims Mobile on my chromebook, and its not working. It shows the EA and Maxis logo correctly, and after that, it goes to a black screen. any help?

Three weeks, no reply. However, The Sims Mobile is now working, and it works like a charm. Thanks EA! :D

Hi @Kacelaj @MindSonic,

Could you try to reinstall the game? Just to make sure the problem is not a download or installation issue with corrupted files.

If the problem is still there after reinstalling, could you share the model of your Chromebook with us?

I have an Acer Chromebook R11, and I tried that.
