This happened to me yesterday! Tried to purchase the "Panton-ed for Fall" package, got charged twice even though the game stated that the transaction didn't go thru, and no money was removed from my account. Tried a third time and it said "you've already purchased this package" which is when I checked my bank account and saw yep - charged twice.
I've restarted the app, I've removed and downloaded again - NOTHING. And as with the 90s Jetty lot issue - can't get any help. In-game help button opens this site and when I go to open a ticket and chat with someone, I'm told to use in-game help.
Granted, this is my fault for trusting EA a *second* time after the 90s Jetty fiasco... but seriously. This is horrendous. 😔

@3995fb434eb04569 Hi, when I read your lines, I am really sorry for what you are going through. It is not your fault. All errors in the game are the responsibility of the TSM team. Unfortunately I can't find a solution. This game is so broken and help is nowhere to be found. If you haven't done it yet, try emailing EA. I will try to share again on Twitter. Let me know if he answers you.

They've not responded to my emails. They certainly made sure to send a survey about that ridiculous chat session that went nowhere, though. 🙄 *sighs*
