I'm not sure what device you're on, but you'll see something like this: "Choose file." If you tap that, it will take you to a place where you can choose to get photos from your albums. Please let me know if that works!

Re: mention-notifications...I get notices in my email account when someone replies to a topic I follow or mentions me in a post. You can go to your account in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen and find your preferences to be notified, too. I suggest you go there and take a look around so you can customize those options. There may be something there that will hello in other ways, too!
@VintageStarletteI do get the notifications but thought it may be rude to post a photo after someone sent me a sweet note or an answer to my many questions. Maybe I can get my sister to type for me! You will notice a difference between us, she can actually construct a sentence!
