Sims mobile is not loading

While opening the sims mobile app, it keeps stucken at the green/blue opening screen. Nothing loads

HI,

Just letting you know that I've been having problems with The Sims Mobile. It get stuck at the loading screen and then it brings up a message about 'Where's the network?'

I've been playing on my phone with my internet on and the games work fine until I try to get on on The Sims Mobile game.

So what's going on?

@Fengjui I've had the same problem today and can verify that changing networks (between 4G mobile and my home wifi) won't help either. The game worked fine earlier today.
