Sims mobile is not loading
While opening the sims mobile app, it keeps stucken at the green/blue opening screen. Nothing loads

- @LilMagnolia19 Has this happened before?and has it gone back to normal?
I’ve only been using the app for about a month. But it hasn’t happened during that time (until now).
- @Fengjui I've had the same problem today and can verify that changing networks (between 4G mobile and my home wifi) won't help either. The game worked fine earlier today.

Have the same thing going on and I almost had the event done.
Hi, what is the problem when game doesn't load and says that no internet connection. Can I do someting or is it now game over. Sad..
Hi, you just have to wait for now, TSM is undergoing maintenance.
Maintenance is over now, close your app completely before entering the game, see post here
- @Ilois4 So it looks like I did not get credit for the last event wow. This is the second time the game has gone down and I was at the end of an event and almost had all quest done.
- @amckenzie25 I’m sorry to hear this. 😔 This maintenance was a bit bad timing due to Wumples and STS ending. At least some events from this season will get reruns in the future. Let’s hope the game will be stable soon! 🙏
