Sims mobile keeps crashing after January update

Question

The sims mobile game keeps crashing when trying to open the app on iPhones. The crash first started the same day as the January update. When I try to open the app it shows the logos with the blue screen and then says logging into Game Center and then shuts off and crashes and the app closes itself. I have tried restarting my device, and my wifi, and even deleting and reloading the app. This has been happening since 1/5/22. Please help!&nbsp;

@q2zh50ozgdg2 Is your game working now? I’m having the same issue and after trying everything and contacting EA it still hasn’t resolved 😔
