Sims mobile relationship glitch

Hey

So ive unlocked the ‘start next story chapter’ with my sims but when i go to press it, nothing happens. it’s fully unlocked but it just closes the tab and goes back to the two sims as if it was going to load the event but doesn’t.

Any help would be appreciated 🙂
