[Solved] - Seasonal task message stuck on screen

OS Version One UI Version: 4.0 (don't know if this is what you need..)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure unless you can get into my game and see.
What do you expect to see? Season Task notification. Nothing happening with Start Event or Disconnect.

The Season Tasks notification is there as soon as I start my game, over my $$ bar, not going away. 

I'm unable to start the Simstagram Latte Art Event.  When I click the star on my couch and click Start Event,  it just zooms back out and does nothing.  

I have 2 Sims and neither is able to start. 

I have uninstalled hoping that would fix everything, but it didn't. 

Today I thought maybe Disconnecting from EA and uninstalling could maybe work, but nothing happens when I click Disconnect. 

Please help! Thank you!
