By close the game, do you mean when i just exit the game and dont stop it from running, or do you mean when I double-click and swipe up the app so it completely stops running?
it didnt work, when i went back home, the pop-up was still there

Anyways, there is a message on Twitter saying that there will be an update on Monday. If that means a app update or just a written update on the status of their work, I’m not sure. But let’s cross fingers that they find out what’s wrong.
In the meantime, be careful. Don’t do any drastic changes, because the game is a bit utstable at the moment. Good luck!
