[Solved] - Seasonal task message stuck on screen

Hi I have tried all the help from the community nothing has worked. My issue began when a completed festival reappeared.The little bubble icon on the upper left corner will not leave. I cannot transport my Sims to any events outside of the homes. I completed the sweet treat event and it gave me cash and coins and it showed as not being completed, so I was not able to get my grand prize I have pictures showing that the events were complete and I would like to get my grand prizes. An option came up to retire the bugged sim but system would not even allow me to retire her. Nor can I remove her or make any of my other sim passive. There is so much more but not enough room to tale. I am sending pictures for some of the events I had completed and did not receive my rewards. I wish more pics could be sent, but options.
