[Solved] - Seasonal task message stuck on screen

This season task in the corner won't go away. I cannot promote characters, retire characters, cannot do any dating characters, the eco project isn't usable, I cannot purchase anything regarding the house. Basically all I can do are hobbies and working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have no updates. I'm using an Android phone if that matters.
