[Solved] - Seasonal task message stuck on screen

Mine is also doing this and I believe it may be causing my sim that is displaying the message to not be able to complete relationship events. I am on chapter 9 of a friendship story and just need to complete one more event to complete the entire story but the sim won’t participate in any events with other people. It only started happening when this message about seasonal tasks got stuck on my screen.
