It started with my worshop being stuck on the same day, for over a month now. Then I couldn't finish the Festival tasks. Now, since I updated yesterday, I can't play at all, since no options show on the screen. I can't do any tasks with my sims.

I’m sorry, I have no idea what’s going on here. It doesn’t look good. But I see there are 3 children’s bubles in the picture. Can you interact with them? Do you have any contact with any of your Sims at all?

The only action I can think of to suggest, is to turn off and on your device.

  Nothing at all. I was able to retire 2 sims but that's pretty much it. I can't put them to work or interact with anyone. I uninstalled the game and then uploaded from my account but nothing worked.
