@coffee13ar Just one more thing before giving up: can you try to force close and reopen your game several times in a row. (On an iPhone, that would be swipe up and swipe away.)

Since you cannot ask for help from the game app, you need to use this page:
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=the-sims-mobile
Make sure to give EA help any bit of information you have in your first note to them. Otherwise they may stall time by asking questions. Also write that you have written a post here on this forum.
Use this page as an aid to what kind of information you may need to give EA help:
You find your player ID in the upper right corner of the screen when you open the game. Picture of this:
