[Solved] - Seasonal task message stuck on screen

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? One of my characters, Amara, will not perform events in/progress in: work or Old Rivals relationship.

One of my characters, Amara, will not perform events in/progress in: work or Old Rivals relationship.

This has been getting worse, but I’ve had several bugs since picking the game back up last week or so. I’ll be locked out of eco workshop for a while for example—or (still ongoing) I cannot perform unique events with relationships (ie restaurant or clubbing/dancing events). 

I since have a perpetual pop up in the left hand corner since I redownloaded the app. 

Since today, Amara was chosen to work for the festival daily, I cannot progress in that either and I don’t even have enough coins to be able to switch her career right now.  

I tried deleting and reinstalling the app just now and it didn’t fix any of the issues at all. 

please help! 😩 

Unfortunately there are a couple of major bugs complicateing game play at the moment. Not being able to teleport to events in relationships or work is part of the «Festival tutorial issue» that the studio team is trying to fix this week:

Because the app is unstable right now, I suggest that you don’t delete and reinstall (you may get more problems), don’t use the bulldoser (you may loose items), and don’t retire or switch Sims between passive and active (because they may get stuck).

Pls any solution for my photography event! I cant trnsport to cafe. If i failed can i restart for photography event?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am unable to remove/close the season tasks banner at the top left of my screen (it won’t let me click on it) and annoyingly, it’s blocking my view of my coins balance.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be Able to see and play my game without that tasks banner at the top. Please
