Could you check this setting:
In Settings -> Display -> Screen Resolution, make sure you are running at FHD+ or WQHD+ resolution (not HD+ resolution).

My screen resolution is FHD+ (2340x1080)
As I said I certainly know it is a problem of the game. My phone is powerfull.
