    I have been trying to post this Bug Report since yesterday. Update: I still have no access. I have received two generic emails from EA and was unable to attach screenshots to my bug report. I will try to attach them here. 

  • @Axiom2045 Una Vida Hermosa STS 11/7/22 this is really disappointing because I really like these items and am a very enthusiastic STS player. I don’t want my $10 back I just want to play the game and win the prizes offered. EA use to allow me to call in the past now everything is done by email with zero communication or solutions offered. Very saddening
  • Purchased STS Showdown Pro Ticket and was given preliminary bonuses. Went to play STS Challenge had to access to Pro Ticket Capabilities. Wrote a Bug Report in Answers HQ also emailed EA and given a support case and prelim email. I’m starting to worry that technical issues are not being given attention or bug fixes. EA offers very little in communication with scant follow up on the bugs presented to them. This is very disappointing as I love this game and have played it daily since it’s inception. I am very wary of investing money in this game since the option that you’ll lose the money and not receive your purchases and EA will simply not respond. 

  • STS Pro Ticket Disappeared: have been unable to include attachments so I will include them here. Since EA has not been making any attempts to correct technical issues hopefully this post can help someone else. I have lost all hope in EA and this is a ver depressing day knowing I can give a huge corporation money and I don’t receive the product I purchased nor a refund. Honestly this is a poor business model and I’m beginning to view EA as unethical in business transactions.
