stuck in career
My sim is Stuck in the cooking career, won't go any higher than level 8. The career points just won't fill the bar. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes. I'm in the Barista career and completed Level 5 100%, but no matter what I do it never progresses to Level 6. It will let me do career events (quick, standard, long), but when I complete them nothing progresses. I would already be at Level 10 by now with the number of events I've completed, so this is really frustrating.
@NoesisDianoia the barista career only goes to level 5, so that is correct.
To the others, is your game fully updated?
@Phantomlover1717 Oh, thank you for letting me know. It's weird that they have different levels! I didn't expect that. 🙂
- I updated but it didn’t fix it. In fact, it may have begun after it. I kept thinking it was my eyes not catching the detailed progress bar quickly enough after you’ve completed a shift. And even though I’ve updated it keeps asking me to update in the game. I even reset my iPad and logged out and back into my iTunes account.
