Thanks! Unfortunately, what you suggested, didn’t really work. I reset the iPad, and also reset the WiFi, but the problem is still there; it tells me to check settings to see if I am online. This problem occurs on the loading page, before the welcome page. Is there another solution to this problem? Thanks again!

@warriorcats4eva Strange, that was the first time you or anyone played the game ever on that iPad? Does it give you a number at the right top of the loading screen?

We've not been able to reproduce this on the same type of device, can you try reinstalling the game @warriorcats4eva to see if this still happens then?
