    @quasha26 I understand you have trouble with your game. As @simmerdownMAL has mentioned, we received an update some hours ago. We can see in your screenshots that your game is downloading the update. I have read your posts in several threads. At this point, I would suggest that you contact EA in order to get assistance.

    As you are not able to access the app, you should contact EA through this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-mobile

    1. Select your platform.
    2. Select topic Technical support.
    3. Select an issue.
    4. Type your player-ID.
    5. Tap on the button Select contact option.

      Scroll down and select Email. This is the best option for your case. Fill in the form and, if possible, attach screenshots of your game. 

      An EA Advisor will email you within 24 hours.
