Sunset jetty Plot Are Resetting

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Latest update for sept 2023 for the rerun festival included the new package to buy the sunset jetty lot or with the house build. Once installed, if you've purchased the sunset jetty lot and have built houses and unlocked expansions and what not, it will get reset. Everything will disappear and won't load back in your inventory. Gone!
What do you expect to see? Just anything you've placed and bought for on your sunset jetty lot, will be gone! Not in the inventory even the land expansion!

So the pictures attached are from when I've bought the lot and when I've started setting up my build and objects. It doesn't have the 3 land expansions I've recently done. But after I ran the update, poof everything's gone! This is making me anxious bec I've heard of the cafe bug and not everyone got what they grinded for and work so hard to unlock. There are stuff I even got from my lots that I don't have as object to purchased cos they're pre styled lots I bought.

I updated to recent patch and everything on my 90 sunset jetty is gone. I had purchased brants spa and customized my home. With sim cash and simoleons also. I want it all back as was.

I had placed the house from the Summer festival,Serenity Stations, on to Sunset Jetty. I redecorated it with items from purchased packs. After the September 15th update,the house is missing from the lot, the items inside the house are NOT in storage so they are gone as well,and the lots I cleared, are no longer cleared. I paid $18 for the festival pass to get the house, around $30 total for the items from the purchased Packs, and several thousand simoleons to unlock(clear) land expansions. A lot of money gone in one bug.

I am attaching before and after photos. The before photo was taken prior to me finishing ALL of the land expansions on that lot. This took me lots of time and real money.

My lot was reset too. I had all land cleared and 3 floors opened up. I also lost all of the items that were on the lot. This includes the stuff from the outdoor grill and kitchen packs I bought. 

I lost items I can no longer purchase. Such as a surprising choice hot tub. 

I had unlocked at least 8 plots of land on that lot. 

I have invested a lot of time, and real money into this.

I want my game back!

Lost all unlocked land, Serenity stations with 8 additional rooms built, all hobby items and career items that you can use at parties as this was my party house, eco hero trophy, zen fountain amongst other expensive items. my hammock and photo booth from the last season quests that also require a lot of time and money. this is highway robbery if you don't compensate or fix this somehow.

This happened to me too. My lot with my customized house and unlocked land was completely gone after updating the game. I submitted the claim asking for my game to be rewound, but they said they couldn't verify my claims so they couldn't do anything but direct me to the forums to see if anyone else had this issue. I'm really hoping for a fix. Otherwise, I'm finally going to have to delete the game after years of playing and money spent. 

This isn't the only problem with this lot, even if you DO pay for the premium house on it. It will completely brick your game, I got it just on a whim to see because I didn't have the lot anyway. I can't even go to the lot without it freezing and crashing my game. I just do not understand how something like this can be released, especially if they are asking people 40 dollars a lot. That is actually crazy to me.

From the stairs, Jetty, random crashes. Everyone is having issues with this update. But the Jetty Plot is really unacceptable. 

Edit: There is a reason why IOS hasn't gotten their update yet. They KNOW it's broken, and the treasure hunt started yesterday and they have to push it back another week or give everyone more time. I just don't know how they are going to fix this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The Sunset jetty lot has my house dissapeared that I paid for, all my items, and items I paid for. I'll like it all to return please!!
What do you expect to see? The sunset lot with the jetty with my house and all items returned. I used my own money for this and would like them back
