Sweet Treat ShowDown glitch

So when I was playing the STSD (sweet treat showdown) with my sim Arabella Brooks, one of the “professional chef sims” was not showing in the quick video shortcut (the one where one of the “professional chef sims” does silly faces at your sim and then your sim gets angry.). Could the developer of EA games fix this?
