The sims mailbox ads not playing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug occurs at any mailbox where the blue play button appears to view and ad I click on the blue play button which brings me to the next screen where I can choose the big blue play button or play add button in green. It does not matter which I select the ad does not play and I do not receive any rewards. I am unable to obtain life tickets in order to earn enough tickets to get heirlooms. I believe that error mostly occurs during llama Zoom events. I'm also experiencing not getting my tickets after completing work hobby or relationship stories.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the ad play when I press on the blue play button on any of the mailboxes, whether they be at home or throughout the town. I also expect to redeem Rewards after viewing the ads. Being that I spend money on this game I expect the game to provide me with what everyone else is able to receive. Is the reason why I'm not able to get life tickets due to the fact I made an in-game purchase? Additionally I expect to see this resolved or refund provided to me. I have reported this by previously with no resolve. This is extremely frustrating!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to answer this question. Do you need my player number to troubleshoot? I would like to click on the ad, have it play, and give the rewards after watching the ad. If you can access my game and see an opportunity to watch a mailbox ad, click to watch it, then troubleshoot the data and fix the bug so you can watch the ad and reap the reward 🙂
What do you expect to see? When the blue circle with the arrow appears on a mailbox, I would like to click on the ad, have it play, and give the rewards after watching the ad.

When the option is available to watch an ad on a mailbox at home or in town, I click to watch the ad but the ad never plays and I can't get the rewards. I do have another sim family that I have been playing with on my iPhone but wanted a fresh start after learning so much from the other users on this site.
Also I spent money on the game I am playing on my android tablet, which is the one I am having issues with the mailbox, which makes it all the more frustrating! I should add Each has it's own account as they are on different emails and different platforms so there should be no trouble with the accounts getting mixed up. Please find a fix, Thanks for help!!
