@Finealta@PaQuilter1 I have problems off and on with the baby/toddler interactions too. I have had to move some out because of it. One of my children didn't get an interaction til right before he turned into a child. I haven't seen any rhyme or reason for it!
I also have some problems with the baby/toddler "good upbringing" activities. Sometime the option for it occurs when I first check my game in the morning and all of my sims have pink checkmarks from having finished their overnight tasks and sometimes the option disappears and turns into the birthday cake as soon as I click on the first sim's pink checkmark. It is impossible to get the good upbringing activity in these cases.
