Are you all noticing how many people are asking for help since you all messed up the sims cash with this update. I and several users have emails and posted in forums about the issues with sims cash. The festival pass can not be purchased and we all miss out.
Ill never get a pool after all the money I've spent on this app.
posted this month about the same thing. Ive tried messaging tapjoy and ea.... they both say to message the other about this.
Its a mess.... idk who can fix it. They messed the game up with this last update. I love that the energy refills. But we cant buy anything great to complete any of the challenges or festival pass
I find it disgusting that they are not able to refund the players' money, they are truly unfortunate, They are grateful but ironically the only thing they cared about was the money, they shamelessly sold until the last day before the update. And you think that with these false words of gratitude we are going to believe your farce, I totally regret having had to spend money on you!! Because they also tell us that everything will be free for the last few days, all the more reason to return the money, if it's not the community's fault that their game doesn't work... they are undoubtedly scoundrels.
I'm not sure but I think Stop Destroying Videogames - European Citizens' Initiative (E.U. consumers) could prevent this type of situation in the future.
Spending a lot of money and suddenly the publishers decide to delete everything that you purchased.
Paid lots and pre built house now with sim cash if you want you can grab. From both pre built house and neighbourhood lots as well.
