Hi, my game is asking me to update but when I go to the app store there’s no option to update the game. I’m hesistant to uninstall the reinstall as I may lose my data. Can someone help?Thanks 😊

Hi @mowmyn,

I guess you already got the update notification, but just in case:

When this happens, please, go to the 'Updates' tab in the App Store and scroll down to get new updates. This will make App Store check for new updates you haven't downloaded yet 🙂

It won’t work for me, like when I go to the App Store it says that it has already been updated but when I go to Sims Mobile, it still says that I need to update it. So I don’t know if I should delete it or not.

Went to app store
refreshed updates multiple times, nothing showed up
uninstalled and reinstalled game, same problem

I got this problem yesterday and I still have it today I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it numerous times I’ve even reset my phone and I still have no option update? I’m missing out on the current event, does anyone else know any solutions?
