The bug report section doesn't work for me, product and platform string can't be selected so I'm gonna write here and then maybe someone can move it to the right section. I am using a Huawei Mate 20...

By the way, my smartphone can handle heavier games, really really much heavier, without any problems.
I also tried in these days for some minutes The Sims FreePlay out of curiosity and even that one works very well without any problems, so I really hope they can fix all these problem on The Sims Mobile.

About not being able to post a bug report, a CM suggested to me that maybe your language settings might be mixed.
You can check it on your AHQ profile settings. Have both set to English and see if that fixes the issue.
Yes actually now that I checked and changed the language I've tried and it seems to work, thanks again. 🙂
