For those that might be like me, I made an A4 sized grid, ready to be printed and filled in.
I like to use 'Frixion Colors' pencils from Pilot to fill in my house so I can erase and colour all I want.
The red cross is the mailbox which is stuck to the lot!
What a good idea, @Phantomlover1717, thank you! Let's hope you have to remove that red cross at some point. 🤞 That'll be me you hear cheering, if it ever happens! 🙂

@Phantomlover1717 That's awesome! That's the trick we use in Freeplay too. I'm just afraid to delete and rebuild in SM...item limit. 😊☺
With the new update, a new grid will be needed.
The current lot, 324, has the mailbox still on the grid, the new lots will have it off the grid.
