Basic trouble shooting for Game Center
1. Settings > Game Center : turn off
2. Restart device
3. Settings > Game Center : turn on
Make sure you have the right Apple account signed in
I honestly don't see a use for Game Center anymore, since you cant add friends (that arent nearby) or collect achievements
There are other ways to connect your game so you don't loose progress if things goes wrong
An EA account is the best of your options but also FB (Game Center wants you to use FB to connect anyway) and Twitter
Just because you CAN connect your game to all 4, doesn't mean you HAVE to
