    Thanks for confirming, @Lostismoss, @LexNagel, @KingTHiddy, @spaceylintz705 !

    For everyone: please, close your game completely (don't leave it running in the background), and open it again, even if you had already tried that before.

    If that's not helping, try again a few minutes later, please. ( @arraks1 - no experiments with the poor little toddlers, we like little poor toddlers - aren't they cute? If after trying again your Sims are still invisible, let us know )

Oh no My toddler has also gone invisible !

i can also feed her , at pottie train her ; but I can’t see her! 

This  is the second time I play the game and hit level 19 and something goes really wrong,I’m really sad , hope it can be fixed really quick!

or I will have to give up playing this game, because it’s too frustrating.

(And I have a brand new iPad Pro, fine WiFi , I have tried to reboot,  didn’t help)

    Ups!

    and now I have 2 toddlers gone invisible!

    I had a baby and it had the cake symbol over it; so I thought I’d better move up to toddler level so it doesn’t get stuck in the bassinet. When I pressed the cake symbol no toddler was visible, only the “pink task” symbol
