Could be! Not sure, it was the first time I have noticed it. It fixed itself for now, but like I mentioned, the toddler gets stretched out when sims interact with him. The mannequins around my town are literally those white store mannequins from Izzy's, which most are gone noe except in the downtown area. They show up wearing the recent Izzy outfits that I have received but they don't move. Izzy is also in the fashion career building, which I guess suits him lol
