Yes I understand, neither of them worked for me. I completed 5 digs for the daily task and only 2 of them “counted” so I didn’t get the reward. I also didn’t progress in the quest (separately) even though I completed 5 expeditions. Only 4 “counted” for some reason.

@banng8687 Oh, you did 5 expedition events for the quest.. 😮 Did you happen to notice which expedition event didn’t count towards the quest? Or did something happen in your game (like a crash for example) when you completed the expedition event? 🤔

Hopefully your next expedition event goes smoothly and you’ll be able to progress in the quest.

    It just didn’t count! It was so frustrating because they take a super long time to complete.

      @banng8687 Hopefully you still did got the prize from finishing the Expedition event. If possible choose the shortest, 4 hour event and if your sim has full energy it can be done quite fast. 👍

        Hello, 

         

        We're aware of the Sim Festival bug that some of you are experiencing with the Daily Task, "Complete 3 of Smallfry's Dig Sites," which is not recording the Dig Site action. However, you'll be able to progress in the above task if you complete "Expedition Events" instead.
         
        While this is not ideal, please use this alternative while the team works on a fix.
