[TSMobile]Where did this Hairstyle come from?!

I don't know how to get this item, is it unlockable? Is it included as an unlockable item in an heirloom? An exclusive? Is it from the Store?

Does anyone even own this? Or am I missing an update?
Someone pls do tell.

    The advert on Google puts that Hairstyle on the frontlines, many new players will wonder no more, like that hairstyle never existed to us.

    Oh well, only the random hair after children grow up would give us chances to be able to try on that hair, but not be able to customize it.

    Your children sim will get it randomly when they grow into an adult. But you cannot change its color.
