Provide your player ID.

Tap on the button 'Select contact option'.

Select Email.

Hi again, so sorry but this process is so difficult. I managed to do as you suggested but have now have an email asking me to raise a ticket. When I click the link to do so, it won’t work. 😭 Are you able to help?

@catvocals Did you submit your player ID? Also mention that you are to get the 750 tickets as per the announcement on this forum.That might help to fasten up the process

@catvocals I got asked to make an in-game ticket too, so I did one, my account was verified and I got the prize tickets today. 👍

Hi @catvocals,

Are you able to open your game? It would be the best option for both you and the support team. When a help ticket is generated from the game itself, it links your account information to the ticket for the support team and should make life easier all around. 🤞

You can find the help option from the settings menu
