I have 262 ducky bucks.
I go to the page to turn them in. I click on the button that says 50 and has a duck.
I get "transaction cancelled. No money was removed from your account"
I'm guessing is that the game tried to access my credit card which my iPhone rejected because I have it disabled. Not supposed to be a charge for this.
It started working after a few hours. Problem is gone
Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

EA StaffIt started working after a few hours. Problem is gone
EA StaffI have this issue periodically. Some network setting doesn't work for awhile, and I get stuck after giving a sticker or trying to exchange ducks. I can press the retry button about 50 times and then it might start working.
Or I can close the app, restart, and notice that I reverted a bit, and I might have gone back a level, and the event I was working on never started, but the last event(s) I was on is finished and needs to be collected again.
