Unable to make purchases

I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.

    see look still waiting ???????? i want the old pogo back games were fun did not have to buy gems if you did not want to because these new games are awe full .... that a big reason they changed it money money all they care about mt merge academy is not working right took a lot of gems and energy that you need because you cant get far in that game at all ...... i am sick of telling i want my gems my  energy and coins back .. almost every game you have to buy to move on ? sick of you take all my stuff i need then my money and still want more ........?????? and i want to use my wallet money 1 year  1/2 .. i want it now 😡

    Hey take a look at the Troubleshooting mobile games article to see if this helps. The issue with mobile purchases is that the issue could be anywhere from the payment method, the billing info, and the data.wifi connection, or the bank side. These are tough because we can't always see where the "error" is.
