I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.
I’m also having issues with the same error. I make regular purchases for most events and it’s frustrating because this has been an issue for a few weeks for me. Seems to be a common issue that doesn’t seem to be getting resolved. It’s them losing money, not me
Any update on when this will be fixed?
Yep, I’ve had this issue for the best part of a year. No reply or even acknowledgment from EA. No attempt to fix it.

it is July 24th, 2025 approx. 18:01 hrs....im literally still having the same issue....ive chatted with apple customer service, to which of course they were no help, as they blamed my bank/card for some reason...ive literally made numerous purchases --no issue before...now this. Im sure its the app at this point....BECAUSE ive reached out to my bank and they dont even see anything pending in any kind of way from the app...but when i made purchases before, the money came out instantly(my account) and i got the merchandise...EA can not get on here and say its the bank--i can confirm it is NOT!
