How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If reproducible, Open store, select Home Items, then Career, then Rise N Shine set, then Rise N Shine Coffee Maker & attempt to place it.
What do you expect to see? Expect to see Locator Beacons where I can place the new item but none appear.

Have never been able to place the Rise N Shine Coffee Maker but have seen them in other houses. I can neither place it on a counter, table nor floor.

I did read them and wasn't trying to be aggravating, apologies, just wanted to be crystal clear about how it does work for me with the screenshots and all.
This could be something: the mixer and the coffee maker both use the exact same type of blue spot, and I saw you had a mixer in your screenshot; if you pull that off, can you put your coffee maker where it used to be? If so, and if you suddenly couldn't place your mixer somewhere instead, then it may be an issue with something else, like the type of counter.
