@india7 Maybe the issue will clear in your game when the free gifts stop in couple of days. 🤔 Obviously it is still a bug with the Sim Festival tutorial getting stuck when there’s something else popping up in the game.

      @india7 Has your game issue been resolved. I have a similar problem reported it to EA HELP but they suggested I post it on the FORUMS.

    @Ilois4 The free gift has ended but the bug is still there. That was my hope too but unfortunately the bug didn't go.

      The bug is still there for me too! EA Help told me to post on the forums as well - they also said they are aware of the issue and are working to solve it and we just have to wait...

      @IamSamz1 @india7 Sorry to hear that it didn’t clear the issue in your games. 🙁Unfortunately I don’t have any other suggestions at the moment for you than wait that someone figures out how to bypass this or the devs fix it. 😞
