I’ve restarted the game multiple times but each time I just get this
I am having the same issue playing on my iPad. I’ve tried clicking all over the screen and am completely stuck, so even if this is the tutorial launching again I can’t complete it.
Ditto. Frustrating, considering how close we were to completing the Treasure Hunt Quest.
It is not just the Sims festival tutorial but also the box behind. I think the two appearing at the same time caused this. I have the same problem and don't know how to fix it. I have closed and opened it for a couple of times but nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing. It is simply frustrating. You can not press anything the moment the game launches and I think those two are causing the problem (the sim festival and the jolly gift daily)
Mine is stuck on this as well, 3 days now and I’ve tried everything!! Still shows up like this and I cannot tap anything. Anyone got it resolved yet?
Exact same thing. It's trying to start the tutorial while giving a reward. It won't let you/me click anywhere for either transaction.
I was hoping the daily rewards/stickers would maybe unstick it, but unfortunately not.
Me too it’s trying to give some sort of tutorial while it’s giving me a reward and I can’t accept the reward or complete the tutorial. I’ve turned my phone off, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it just won’t go away.
Anyone have a suggestion for how to fix this? Mine has been stuck for almost 2 days now…
@SalixCat we are having this problem because when you tap the screen nothing happens it is frozen on this. I have deleted & reinstalled game multiple times for over three days now because of this myself.
Has the uninstall and reinstall worked for you? Hasn’t for me
