Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Stuck on opening screen. I tried to INBOX the sims guru and the page don’t allow me as well. Im both stuck on entering the game and the website.

Hey guys, I’m having trouble entering my Sims Mobile. Went on this forum and figured quite some people having same trouble with me. So I tried to press INBOX after I logged in, however the website won’t let me enter that page and send private messages to Sims guru. So I’m both stuck on reporting my bug and gaming. Any suggestions? Thanks so much
