Hi,
My game will let me in now after 2 weeks which is much appreciated, however it has revealed other bugs.
Mainly, my 2 additional sites are gone and when I click to pick which house to go to, it says to finish the current tutorial first. (One of my Sims lives at the other site and when I click the go home button, she goes to a vacant lot.) One house template was from buying a previous festival pass, Edgewater Quay was bought with Simoleons.
