Has anyone been contacted about this issue? I'm having the same problem

I’m attaching what EA customer service sent back to me. They just immediately closed my case so I couldn’t reply back. I went bank into my case log and it says “no fix available” in green. I attached a screen shot of that as well. It sounds like we have to wait until it is fixed in an update. I tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times over with no luck. Was really wanting this weeks Eco items ☹️ bummer.
