I’ve just transferred my Sims Mobile from old IPad to a new one. The thought bubbles and quest bubble/windows are so small I can barely read them. I’ve searched here and the web for an answer but can’t find one. HELP!
I need to add …it is all the windows. When I click the gs e and it starts to load I see the sims mobile logo shrink and everything in the game is shrunk

I tried two others but ut says the files are two large all the icons on the s Rene are really small. Since I moved the game. Thank you for responding

I have exactly the same iPad model and the same issue as you do. ☹️
Fortunately it will be fixed, not sure when, but it was mentioned here a month ago: "The team is working on making The Sims Mobile accessible for more iPad models. This means support for even more iPad resolutions to ensure players have the best experience."
I wrote about this issue last year in April when I got my new iPad Pro and it still hasn't been fixed. Sounds like EA isn't devoting much support to this product and will end up having to just get rid of the app since it's ridiculous to play.
