When I click the option to watch advertisements for bonuses, I end up getting a black screen shown below instead of the actual advertisement. After I get the black screen, I cannot return to the game anymore and I have to force stop the game to play again. How can I fix this?
Not exactly the same problem but I've been watching ads fine.. now this morning when I click on the blue watch ad triangle it's as if I did nothing.. blue arrow goes away, game resumes without even attempting to play the ad.

Just to update, ads started working again intermittently mid morning yesterday, and the problem seems to be resolved today. I'm wondering now if there was a particular ad that was bugged? Regardless, it's fixed for me now... not sure about everyone else, tho... thanks!

I'm on iPhone and I'm getting super frustrated by these ads. they work when they feel like it, and it's about a 50% chance for me. It seems to be the ads themselves. Some work, some don't. If I get stuck with a bunch of non-playable ones I'm screwed the whole day. I reported this in-game and they told me to schedule a chat or phone call. I'm sorry, but ain't nobody got time for that! Please just use videos that work!!!
