Thank you all for your well wishes for my kids (and myself). At this stage the airports still closed for the next 4 hours, but then it will depend on if theres anymore activity and if the ash clears enough to fly. They’re safe, although, hotel-less at this stage and i have the news channel on in the background in case theres anymore updates. I’m sure they’ll be fine, my logic brain tells me so, but my anxious brain is in overdrive and keeps drowning it out. I just want them home already 😓
@Finealta I'm glad they're fine, but I know how the Mommy brain and heart feels in times like these!! Just know your friends here love you and are sending prayers and positive thoughts and energy your way!
