Where can I find my Panda Bear suit?

One of my Sims is wearing a Panda Bear costume/suit. I want to retire him; will I lose it?

The suit doesn't show up anywhere in the clothing options or in my inventory. I'm afraid to change his clothes because I don't think I'd be able to find the costume again. I contacted EA Help and they told me this was a question for the forums. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If retiring him forfeits the suit, I'm willing to let him move into another player's household 🙂 My Friend Code is NRALT3M.

    I'm so sorry! I'd love to gift it to you, but I ended up retiring the Sim wearing it a while ago and when I did I lost the suit too. EA never got back to me about it missing from my inventory and I gave up the quest after getting passed around to different levels of support for 3 weeks ☹️

    I don't think the special offer for Sims4 is still valid.  I looked for it after I started playing Sims 4 and the links are no longer valid.

    oh no that must have sucked ☹️ I'm sorry about that. you're not supposed to lose it though. there must have been a bug or something.
